I am a former business education teacher. This background has helped me develop excellent educational and communication skills. What does this mean to you? I am a tough negotiator with a caring attitude. I am a careful listener who places your needs first, then I work diligently to meet those needs. My mission is to help you achieve your real estate goals.
I grew up on a farm in Central Illinois. What does this mean to you? I know how to work hard and get the job done.
I moved to the Northwest Suburbs in 1972, to begin my teaching career. After obtaining my Master's Degree, I decieded to go into real estate "part-time" since I was free nights and weekends.
Soon after getting my license, I knew I enjoyed working with clients and meeting the challenge of finding the perfect fit for them in their home. So I quit teaching and took the road less travelled. That was 33 years ago!!
With over 1600 homes closed, it's needless to say most of my real estate training has been gained from on the job experiences.
I love traveling, volunteering and try to play a little golf. BUT, most of all I love to sell homes.
Buying or selling a home is a big commitment filled with a lot of anxiety. Your needs are important. I will make every effort to ensure that you and your family are comfortable, confident and informed throughout the buying and/or selling process. I'm always just a phone call away. I pride myself on building long term relationships with my clients.
